Terms and Conditions – Fab Revive Laundry and Dry Cleaning

Welcome to Fab Revive Laundry and Dry Cleaning. By using our services (pickup, laundry, dry-cleaning, ironing, or related), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Service Use

  • Customers agree to provide accurate personal and order details (name, address, contact, pickup/delivery time).
  • Orders are subject to availability of service in your area.
  • Fab Revive reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at its sole discretion.

2. Garment Care

  • We exercise utmost care in processing garments, but cleaning results may vary depending on fabric condition, age, stains, or manufacturer limitations.
  • Stain removal is attempted but not guaranteed. Some stains may not be removable without damaging the fabric.
  • Customers are responsible for informing us of special instructions, fabric sensitivity, or defects prior to placing the order.
  • All garments are accepted at “owner’s risk” for inherent weaknesses, damage, or color bleeding.

3. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery will be scheduled based on mutual availability.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available at the pickup/delivery address.
  • Rescheduling or failed delivery due to customer unavailability may attract an additional charge.
  • Fab Revive is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, strikes).

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in our official price menu and may be updated from time to time.
  • Minimum order value may apply.
  • Payment can be made by Cash, UPI, Card, Wallets, or Online Payment Gateways.
  • Orders will only be delivered after full payment is received unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cash Collection Policy: Staff cash handover must be confirmed as per company guidelines.

5. Liability

  • Fab Revive’s liability for any loss or damage shall not exceed 5 times the cleaning charge of the affected item, subject to a maximum cap of ₹1,000 per order.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Normal wear and tear, shrinkage, or color fading.
    • Damage to garments without manufacturer care labels.
    • Loss of buttons, beads, sequins, or accessories during cleaning.

6. Uncollected Garments

  • Orders not collected/delivered due to customer unavailability within 30 days of completion may be considered abandoned.
  • Fab Revive reserves the right to donate, recycle, or dispose of uncollected garments after this period, without further notice.

7. Customer Obligations

  • Customers must check garments at the time of delivery and raise any concerns immediately.
  • Complaints regarding service must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers agree not to misuse or resell Fab Revive’s services.

8. Promotions & Offers

  • Discounts, coupons, or promotional offers are subject to terms and may change without prior notice.
  • Only one offer can be applied per order unless specified otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fab Revive shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
  • Service delays due to natural calamities, technical issues, or external factors.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Chennai,Tamilnadu].

11. Changes to Terms

Fab Revive may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review them regularly. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
